Collection: Tharien Smith Wallpaper

Tharien Smith is a Cape Town–based multidisciplinary designer whose work spans textiles, interiors, illustration, fashion and ceramics. Trained in Textile Design, she is drawn to perspective, chiaroscuro, natural structures and the balance of the Fibonacci sequence, moving fluidly between painterly abstraction and finely observed botanical work.

Merchant’s Nest edit: expressive, layered and art-led — especially strong when you want pattern to feel architectural rather than simply decorative.
